BEST BBQ IN RICHMOND I had an absolute blast at *Oak and Apple*! If you're a BBQ lover, this place is a must. The *brisket*? So tender it practically melts in your mouth. The *pulled pork* and *crackling pork* were packed with flavor, and the *ribs* were nothing short of amazing—perfectly smoky and juicy. And let’s not forget the *chili beans*, which were the perfect sidekick to all that meaty goodness. But what really made the experience stand out was the *incredible service*. The staff was super friendly and made sure we were always taken care of. Lemon Pie IS A MUST Definitely coming back for more, and I highly recommend it if you’re in the mood for some seriously good BBQ!

Met Bryan and he offered us excellent service. The atmosphere was easy and light.... We really enjoyed our visit to this establishment and the food was how it needed to be! We took out and was pleased with the quality and taste of everything we ordered.....Thr portions were nice as well! Thanks Bryan for a nice time at your establishment! Look out for my son passing thru.

I had food from the appetizer menu to share with my friend. Recommend sweet corn fitters and BBQ nachos. The beer and cidar list is excellent too.

Outstanding place for a variety of food and drink. Turkey BLT with cheddar cheese was delicious. Smoked bacon is the best. Cape Charles Puddle Pirate Port beer was refreshing and tasted like a British Pub. Service was spot on and attentive. Elm did a great job. Could easily sit here and watch the world go by slowly, but duty calls. Very pleasant place made more so by the service.

First, the people that waited on us were awesome. Very attentive, orders perfect and we didn’t have to ask for anything. Ok, if it says spicy on the menu, IT’S spicy. Everything we had was fantastic. BBQ was perfect tender, and the cracklins were amazing with the pimento cheese. Let’s not forget the beverage menu. A great selection of local and not so local craft. In Richmond, you gotta stop by and tell them the banana bird guy recommended them. Keep in mind that this is off the Bottom and if they are busy, parking is limited. Well worth the walk.

We were craving Bbq And happened across Oak & Apple. Dani was a server, she was awesome and really helped us on as it was our first time visiting. We came at happy hour, there were some great deals. From that we had the bbq wings, they were perfectly cooked. We also got a Portuguese white wine, great price for the bottle. Dinner consisted of a pile high sandwich with baked beans and the brisket with fries and cornbread. Great food, no complaints at all. The Bbq had a great flavor with just enough smoke flavor. Next time we will sub the fries with another side. Highly recommend a visit and it was great to sit outside.

Found this restaurant from someone's post on Instagram and boy am I glad. The service was on point, our waitress was so nice! The smoked wings were delicious and the brisket, lawd have mercy!!! Everything was great!

The smoked chicken wings were perfect combo of tender smoked meat and crispy skin. Also had the lettuce wrap and steak fries.
